Instead, he swings around one of the lighter chairs and pulls it over and sits in a way that isn't a strain for Istredd to look towards him.

"I assumed there would be trouble of sorts." Just not as quickly. I should've given it time instead of being out. But it's there, as a mild buzz, the thought of keeping up appearances especially with Istredd, more than the others, gone.

This switching between speech and thoughts might be a constant for him. He's not as accustomed to the form of communication as Istredd is.
